“My picture is about Mu La Ei Mountain. Also referred to as ‘Mount Mulayit’ in Burmese, it is a prominent mountain located in the Dawna Range of Karen State, Myanmar, near the Thai border. This mountain is very beautiful and is the highest mountain in Karen State.
Nowadays, you can go by car or on foot. If you go on foot, you have to climb 33 mountains, but you will see beautiful views. If you go up to the pagoda, you have to wear a longyi or a long dress. Mu La Ei is a cold, famous place visited by many foreigners. It sits at 2,005 meters (6,578 feet) above sea level. Everyone can visit or make a pilgrimage to Mount Mulayit.”
